Los Agaves Mexican Grill and Bar

Our second trip to this place was much better. They are starting to get the hang of things. The food is delicious. It was pretty packed as usual so it took a while to get our food but it was worth the wait. The frozen strawberry marg was delicious. The quesabirria was pretty good but not the best I've had. The charro beans are pretty good with a little salt and pepper added. My wife had the Jalisco burrito and it was really good. She asked for lettuce and tomatoes for the burrito and they put it inside which was a bit weird but it was still really good. The sauce on the burrito is very flavorful. The kids enchilada plate was very good and my kids loved it. Our server Jenny was awesome. Can't wait to go back.

We were so excited that this place was finally open. We Went today on opening day and ordered off the soft opening menu and it was amazing. Food was Hot and so delicious. Anna was our waitress and she was fantastic. We will definitely be regulars here.

The food was soo good. I had the mini tacos with the pastor. The meat had so much flavor. We came during their soft opening and received complimentary margaritas. My husband does not like margaritas and usually ask for more syrup because he likes it on the sweeter side. He didn't ask for extra syrup and liked it just the way it was. He thought I had drunk some of his because it was empty quick. He had no idea how fast he was drinking his margarita. Very friendly and fast service. We are so glad there is a restaurant basically right down the street of our subdivion. This is perfect on lazy days when we don't feel like driving far.

I had such a wonderful experience at Los Agaves Mexican Grill and Bar! I ordered the carne guisada plate, and it was absolutely delicious — full of flavor and cooked perfectly. The tortillas were so tender and fresh, a perfect complement to the meal. On top of the amazing food, mariachis were singing during our visit, creating such a fun and lively atmosphere. I can't wait to come back and enjoy it all over again!

There's a new restaurant in Converse Texas. "Los Agaves Mexican Grill." We decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed! The food was amazing. The salsa that was brought out, mmm, when it hits your taste buds, they come alive. Tortillas are homemade and fresh. The dish I ordered was a mixture of fajita meats , white fried cheese onions, and green peppers. There was no way I could finish it. Our waitress was Lia, she was so sweet and attentive even though she was very busy. The only thing I had an issue with was that the place was too small. If they keep serving that food, they will need to expand. I would recommend Los Agaves Mexican Restaurant to everyone looking for a great Mexican meal. We will definitely return!

My wife & I noticed every time we pass by Los Agave Mexican Grill restaurant on FM 78 in Converse the parking lot is full of patrons. We decided to stop in & try it for the first time. The restaurant is very clean. The servers are very friendly. Jenny waited on us. She did an excellent job. The food was so delicious. My wife ordered the beef fajitas & chicken enchiladas. The beef fajita was tender & not tough. The chicken enchiladas was delicious too. I tried the barbacoa tacos & guacamole. The barbacoa was lean & not greasy. We enjoyed our lunch & we definitely will be back & tell all our friends. Thank you Jenny for taking great care of us.

I was not a fan of the chips but the salsas were delicious. The meal itself was good but my favorite part were the enchiladas. The gravy was like a carne guisada sauce. I would recommend and will go again. The service was wonderful!

Today we went to Los Agaves Mexican Grill, and it was absolutely delicious! The staff was friendly and welcoming. The food was great. The chips and salsa were a great start, and every bite of our meal was packed with authentic flavor. I ordered the Tacos Zacatecanos, and they did not disappoint. I also ordered a watermelon margarita on the rocks it was so refreshing and perfectly balanced. For a grand opening, everything ran smoothly, and the quality was top-notch. I’m already looking forward to coming back and trying more from the menu. If you’re in the mood for amazing Mexican food, Los Agaves Mexican Grill is a must!!
